“Lovely little set up if you want to upgrade from smaller karaoke machines. So glad we got this microphone works well with the Bluetooth and connects quickly. Nice sound with adjustable bass and treble. Has a connector for a guitar which I’m sure will come in handy”

“This is a top unit I bought it just to practice and bring back my voice I once had and found the sound to be excellent just in the house I'm talking playing a little backing music and singing and my singing is coming along strong like it used to be and better with some vocal lessons on YouTube this thing will give you much joy”

“terrable company to deal with they promise next day delivery that dont exist i ordered this did not work complained monday morning promised to replace next day its now thursday and still waiting so keep clear its a shame because the speaker aint bad the 1 star rating is for company”

Good afternoon Mark, Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback regarding your order, I believe there has been some back and forth regaridng your echange situation and we do sincerely apologise for the delay in you receiving the replacement item. As we had arranged with you over email the item was shipped from our warehouse Tuesday on a next day service with the courier, unfortunately they experienced delays in your area and so couldn't complete the delivery on Wednesday as we had planned for. We certainly appreciate this is not the outcome we had hoped for, however as we only use third party services for our deliveries we have no way of influencing how they carry out their operations and we cannot anticipate if/when a courier company is unable to fulfil their end of the deal and complete deliveries on time, so an issue such as this is out of our control. I can see a delivery attempt was made on Thursday but you were not available to be there for this, which we are sympathetic to as you had made arrangements to be available on Wednesday, and a new delivery attempt is due to be made today. If this is not successful then please contact us and we can see what we can do to resolve this for you. We sincerely apologise for any inconveniences this is causing you and hope we can get this sorted ASAP. Kind Regards
