“Left a review about cartridges not fitting my battery. It seems it was not the cartridges that were at fault but my batteries. After buying new batteries all fitting and all well. Thank you for your speedy delivery and response.”

“I have been using ok for a few years as I liked the tobacco flavour but recently a few of the refills don't fit the battery. What is happening to quality control. Would be interesting to know if anyone else has noticed this.”
