“I no longer use any other shop, aside from Electronic Tobacconist, to purchase cartomizer refills. The delivery times are incredibly fast (usually next day!) and offers are great. I usually order one month's supply which makes delivery free - also by ordering a number of packets at a time, the price is greatly reduced. I would recomment ET to anyone and already have done! Thank you ET for great service, great delivery and a great product.”
