“I liked the different flavour from the ones I have had from you before, but I will continue to use the regular tobacco ones as well. As it’s nice to have a change from time to time. I was very pleased with the delivery service.”

“Maybe customers need to know why three separate stages of plastic have to be negotiated before accessing refill cartridges? Is it a safety issue? Perhaps they could explain on the side of the box...”
