“Amazing pen! That's all that needs to be said. I wanted to cut down on smoking and my attempt before have failed miserably. I always went with SMOK for my first 2 vapes thinking 'yeah that'll do' with absolutely no knowledge on vapes. So I decided what I really need is something so simple, like a cigarette. The jem pen was the best decision I made. A simple elegant design with a single push button to deliver the perfect amount of smoke I need. I don't want complications that will just send me back to smoking regular cigarettes. The build quality of it is more than what I was expecting for the money I spent. It's by far the cheapest vape I have bought but the best. A sturdy metal casing that isn't too heavy on the hand, a gold ring that makes me look kinda classy and I love the droplet shaped viewing window that shows how much liquid is available. I was sceptical about not splashing out on a vape because it's something I use everyday. But I was more than surprised. I expect a cheap plastic mouthpiece but I actually prefer it to glass which have smashed in the past. However, the plastic mouthpiece can sometimes be tight to remove when filling the jem pen up, but a light bite with my shirt does the trick.A cigarette is simple, a jem pen is simple, and I love it! Battery life lasts for longer than I can even realise, and charging doesn't take long at all. Would definitely recommend. Best for someone quitting smoking or even looking for a subtle no hassle queen of a pen. Ps. I just had to get the pink one for my girlfriend too, and she loves it!”

“The flavour from this vape isn't actually that great - you really have to pull hard to get a decent flavour even with expensive/good quality liquid. I got a different branded vape for £9.99 in an offer from another shop and the flavour coming from that is amazing, much better than this one. I've also found that the liquid collects in the mouthpiece as well which sometimes results in it going into your mouth which isn't pleasant at all. I got the white, I've had it about a week and barely used it (due to preferring the other one I've got) and it's already really scratched and looks cheap. There's better vapes out there for the same/less money.”
