“good service only thing to complain about is the inabilty to return a faulty item as nobody answers complaint e mails ? or acknowledges a faulty product”
“It is small and easy to carry around. Keeps battery well and recharges quickly. The only problem is they all stop working, some after a day or two, others last couple of months. They are sometimes under sale (then they cost as little as 1 pound) and then I tend to buy in bulk to have spares at home. Otherwise it becomes expensive as without sale they cost 10 pounds.
I love the flavours though and they fact that neither of flavours are too sweet, so use it despite this drawback.”
“These are great but in common with other people the pens do not last forever. My first two lasted about 6 months but the latest one only lasted one month before becoming faulty.”

“Been using Compact for 3 years and while we find it very convenient we find that the power units do not have a very long life. At £10 each we are finding that we get 3 months out of a unit before having to replace and sometimes it is only 2 months.
Other than that the quality of the pods is good and consistent”
