“Sadly, a very unreliable product. A pity as these are so convenient. Response to emails is always quick and issues are resolved with an exchange or a refund, but it's a hassle having to return the faulty goods. Cannot understand why this has not be resolved with 10 Motives, as I note that many others have found a similar problem.”

“I have been happy until this last few times usually order a pack of ten this time four out of the ten didnt work put in bin the times before that have been 3 not working so it means i am paying quite a bit for 6 of the product. Not happy”
