Please note: The IQOS 3 DUO Refurbished is the same as the IQOS Originals Duo. No change has been made to the functionality of the device - the only difference is these are second-hand kits that have been restored and refreshed to a brand-new state. The warranty is still one year long, like all IQOS kits, and they have undergone the following checks: A cosmetic check - any worn-down parts have been replaced with new ones.A battery check - the battery is replaced if it’s not in optimal condition.A firmware check - IQOS ensures all devices are running the latest firmware.Disinfection - all kits are disinfected and cleaned inside and out, so they’re as good as new.
The IQOS 3 DUO Refurbished kit is an electronic device that utilises specially designed tobacco sticks called HEETS. The IQOS system works by heating HEETS sticks rather than burning them, delivering a real tobacco taste and an authentic, cigarette-like experience.
The IQOS 3 DUO Refurbished has a compact, ergonomic design with a newly designed pocket charger. Store your device in the highly portable pocket charger to top up your battery level on the go. Enhanced with the new ProtectPlus™ system, the IQOS 3 DUO Refurbished offers improved reliability and protection for your peace of mind.
The IQOS 3 DUO Refurbished allows for two consecutive uses, so there's no need to recharge between each of your HEETS sticks. The IQOS Holder is slim – the most compact tobacco holder in the IQOS range – and you can drop it into the Pocket Charger more easily with the help of its new side opening and magnetic locking system.

“Great product, however, it broke after 4 weeks. Don't let that put you if - if that happens head right to the IQOS website - create an account - register your device and live chat to them. They will send you a replacement via DPD right away. Do not contact Electric Tobacconist for help as their help is not so quick or straightforward.”

“Nice sleek design, compact and charges really quickly. Negatives, more often than not the single flat heating plate doesn't heat the tobacco enough to consume it all, 80% of the time when you remove the heet cartridge only 50/60 % of the tobacco has been used which leads to quite a bit of waste, your supposed to get upto 14 puffs from 1 cartridge, I've never had more than 7 and only 5 of those puffs gave any noticeable smoke/ vape off. I wonder if a + shaped heat plate rather than the - plate would provide more heat or at least have more contact with the tobacco to distribute the heat better? That being said, I prefer this over liquid vaping, you just get a more authentic smoking experience from heated tobacco, tastes & smells more like a proper cigarette, just not as strong.”
