“They are very good because they work but, above that, the customer service went above and beyond. Alan contacted me after I had ordered to say they had one new clutch and a reconditioned one for the other side, so sent me those with no charge for the recon one.”
“I was a little disappointed when I received the clutches. The last time I ordered them , I had some instructions enclosed and I think that you also supplied a metal tool for knocking out the securing pins - I cannot be 100% certain of that. I also do not recall receiving a receipt or delivery note for payment.”
