“Trolley was very noisy. Sent a video clip of trolley and they diagnosed either a gearbox or the motor. I got the gearbox but it didn’t sort the problem. So I then got the motor and that did sort the trolley out. The company said they would take the gearbox back but I was happy to replace both. Great service from them and would use again as they were very good and quick and sent an easy guide to replace the gearbox. Thanks”
