“I've only just installed this switch but it worked first time and has meant I can now once again adjust the speed on my MotoCaddy S3 Pro and not have to keep up with it on an 8 or 9 setting! “Fairly easy to fit to a Motocaddy M3 Pro, but I would recommend an electric screwdriver - there are a lot of screws to undo in the handle before fitting this part!
Once fitted, I found that it was about 1mm shorter than the original, which doesn't sound a lot but was enough to intermittently cause it not to engage when pushing the switch down to turn on/off - slightly inconvenient if it is at speed 9 and you are at the green!
It's possible that I just needed to give the retaining washer one more turn to pull the switch up higher, but on the 5th hole that wasn't particularly convenient!
A sliver of tin foil pushed into the knob made up the difference and it now works perfectly.”
