“The unit itself is fine and delivery was first class. Description on website was rather confusing. I searched for front wheel assembly and found one that was described as not for FW2. I therefore assumed it was OK for FW5. On delivery wheel looked fine but axle/bolt etc were not same as old wheel. I went back to website ,looked for wheel for FW5 and found exactly what I needed. Discussing this with Customer Service I was told how to use delivered wheel with old axle/bolt so all seems fine.
I will certainly use your services again but just be more careful in my search.”
