“If I’m completely honest, I’m really not enjoying them. They are a struggle to eat. I have to wait 10 minutes for the cereal to soften in the milk otherwise they are so hard feel as though they may break my teeth. I have tried all the flavours and I honestly don’t have a favourite. Not enjoyable, just tolerable. They also don’t leave a good after taste. I’m sorry but am quite disappointed, as I was really hoping for something sustainable but enjoyable before I train each morning.”

“All the flavours are delicious and the crunch is perfect. I was expecting a protein powder taste but these just very good cereal. 50g per serving is enough to keep me full till late lunch and I dont get the normal sugar crash mid morning. The cinnamon flavour is divine, so good I have it as dessert.”
