“We were suprised to be honest and it was better than we thought. This is our 'emergency' food when we get hungry but don't have time to make something. So it does not replace a proper meal for us but it does help us to reduce snacking on rubbish when hungry and time poor. Overally good taste and I like the fact it is not sweet, my husband who has a sweet tooth, took some time to get used to it”

“Great concept but for me it’s not quite hitting the mark. Taste not as good as promised & smell somewhat overpoweringly sweet. I tried these as a diabetic in hope of eliminating morning sugar spike but although not as severe blood sugar level still too high. Also not as sustaining as simple porridge with a significant am drop in sugar levels. Sadly not for me but as said love the idea.”

“I got the bundle of 4 and each of them tastes amazing. Great for keeping up with protein Intake. Quick and easy breakfast or even a snack between gym and work. Also great with a yoghurt bowl.”
