“Whilst the products are good, the fulfillment and customer service needs a huge improvement. Offers in baskets don't arrive eg twice I've ordered enough to qualify for the new flavour, confirmed in order and yet they don't turn up. Emailed to advise customer service no reply. Previous order went missing emailed no reply for over a week. Finally after commenting on social posts was it picked up and I was finally emailed. The experience with the brand let's down what could be a vastly more positive review.”
