“Bought these as part of my bundle of 4 subscription. I’m not a gym-goer or athlete but these have been an awesome aid to my weight loss. A good sized portion that keeps me full for at least 5 hours, and is less calories and more flavour than any other cereals I’d be willing to eat on a diet, not naming anyone special…. Lol. Great taste, filling and packed full of everything I need to start my day.”

“I’ve been looking for something instead of protein shakes….I missed a crunch & chew! This is perfect I love the vanilla creamy without being sickly or fake ! Perfect on carbs, fibre & protein! Defo be buying this again! Amazing”

“A convenient healthy breakfast. Obviously costs a bit more than standard cereals, but they are full of unhealthy cheap sugar. You get what you pay for. One bowl for breakfast and you don't feel hungry until lunch, actually probably saves me money. Great product, does what it says on the tin. I would really recommend anyone who reads this review that they give this a go. After just a week you feel healthier, more energy, and a little slimmer!”
