“Again nice and quick good flavour and portions are decent and being a type 1 having the carb information on the back for 50g portion just makes my morning easier. Its also low in carbs so I am not giving myself loads of insulin on a morning like I would with normal cereals on either a 40g or 30g serving guide.”
