“Always had cereal since I was a kid, tried all different types and until you read the ingredients you don’t actually realise how much sugar is in them. “I was never a big cereal eater until Eleat came along, it's now my go to breakfast most days. I like it with a chopped banana and milk, although on occasion I substitute high protein yoghurt instead of the milk.”
