“I have this 5 times a week for breakfast and it tastes fab . I have a big appetite with the training I do so it keeps me going until lunch time ! I have it with milk, yohurt, fruit , alsorts of combinations. I look forward to my breakfast and it's on point when you are calorie counting . This goes for all 3 flavours i buy. Thanks Eleat ❤️”
