The Simply Silent DX100HPTS features a Square Grille fascia and a 4"/100mm spigot, with humidistat and timer control which boosts when humidity in the room increases while the timer provides an additional clearing of air after the humidistat has switched off, also fitted with a Pullcord for On/Off operation if required. The timer is adjustable at installation from between 30 seconds to 30 Minutes. Featuring Ghost Air Movement technology for Quiet running. Supplied complete with a wall fixing kit comprising of outer grille, telescopic wall tube, gasket and foam strips.

“The switch was faulty, so I replaced it, no problem for me but might be for anyone else. Strangely enough, the same problem I had with same model a while back.”

“Both playing up and keep running after humidistat triggers. Have to turn off the isolator to stop them running. When turning the isolator back, this then sets them ready again for the next time. Very badly manufactured as the parts come loose when removing the cover. They also come on and don’t go off on the timer although this has been set to 8 minutes.”

“No complain to Edward but pathetic service by DPD, we placed an order with Edwards and Initially DPD supposed to deliver between 11-12, they didn't, called them and they said we won't be able to deliver it today.....we traced them, called Edward they traced as well and then we received a call from DPD that they will deliver it between 1-2pm and now its 2:30 still waiting and my electrician is waiting just to replace a single fan and we have to pay full day charges..............never come across this situation earlier.......I think Edward should get some sort of guarantee from DPD for delivery......otherwise they should change them.........Horrible Service by DPD”
