The VA100XT is a 100mm (4") Axial Extractor Fan with a built in electric internal shutter. With Features such as an adjustable Overun Electronic timer  which can be set between 5 to 30 Minutes, an Indication running Light and a IPX4 rated motor. “NB the VA 100XT has shutter and timer not a pullcord. Bought this as a one-for-one replacement, last one survived a number of years despite a bit of neglect. I'd not give the product more than 3 stars, I don't like the shutter mechanism at all and on this one the terminal block connectors were not exactly tight, one wire came loose when I put the cover on.”
