“Fan was easy to fit, not terribly quiet in operation but better then the 20year old one with a chipped out of balance blade. Couldn't use the timer as the original one was a flush fit into the plasterboard whereas this one is surface mounted. Didn't want the hassle of sorting that so keeping as a spare in case original one ever packs up”
