“Excellent customer service from Edwardes. Friendly and helpful guys on the phone. Rotten experience with delivery. Twice submitted delivery preferences that were ignored and I was told the item would be redelivered. Please follow requests on the requests made and don’t take the item away again meaning I have to wait another 5 days for it to come! Ah!”
