“The first fan was faulty and had to be returned for a replacement. I contacted Airflow's Technical team regarding the faulty fan. They responded the same day and asked for voltage tests to be carried out. Following the tests they concluded that the fan was faulty, and that I should contact Edwardes for a replacement. Edwardes were brilliant, sending a new fan for next day delivery and no questions asked. I did tell them that I had spoken to Airflow, but this was after they said they would send a replacement. The new fan is working well.”
