“Replacing 10 year old end of life ionisation version that was fitted in hallways and landings. Whilst base not needed, was useful to be able to replace some over painted ones. Nice touch is a Duracell battery and a dust cover for heads for use whilst builders and decorators are about.”

“Simple to install with the seperate base, comes with screws and plugs required to mount. Only gripe is the wiring area is a bit tight when you have 2 3c+E cables, wires need to be just right or the plastic cable cover won't go on.”
