“Bought for use in an attic to avoid false alarms. Easy to connect and mount, I like the sliding design to remove the top part of the unit to access the backup battery. Made of decent quality plastic, so shouldn't go brittle quickly. I haven't had a fire to test it, but the test button works fine. Good instructions and easy to interconnect with other devices.”
