“Car park in as full lots of roadways were coned off, drive round a few times before seeing a sign saying spaces with an arrow. Parked in an overflow area with potholes all over the place. Longer walk than had paid for, if knew that would have paid to park in mid or long stay for less money”

“There were no parking spaces available when we arrived, despite having pre-booked. Spent a stressful 10 minutes driving around and around, even following returning passengers to their car (only to find another car had already found their space before us). Saw lots of cars who’d had no choice but to park outside designated spaces as there weren’t enough spaces. Ridiculous car park and service. Only plus point is it’s a 5 min walk to the terminal but I’d never buy a space here again. Too stressful!”

“Long stay patk was a decent walk to terminal with no shuttle service and typically it was pouring with rain. Number recognition dis not pick up my car on exit and was asked to pay even though prepaid. Intercom person sorted this though.”

Thank you for your review. Our long stay shuttle bus was suspended in 2020. The car park is an approximate 12 minute walk to the terminal and we find it to be a manageable distance for most customers. Those who find the distance unmanageable can contact us directly to discuss how we can support them. The long stay car park is marketed as a facility that does not have a shuttle bus and this is confirmed on our website and booking confirmations. Kind regards, Customer Support Team
