Drove in and collected a card. Found a space close to the terminal building. Validated card before exit and drove out. Pre-booking and paying straightforward on app. Easy process.

It's a painless process. I usually park in the multi-storey but for some reason that was not available. Other than that I can't fault it.

We arrived at the Mid Stay car park at our allotted time of 06.30 on the 27th February 2024. The barrier was up so we entered the area but there was no ticket In the machine. We parked our car and proceeded to the airport. Upon our return we proceeded to the barrier but the sensors did not recognise the car and we had to call for assistance. We gave our car registration,name and flight details and eventually the barrier opened,

Thank you for your review, It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. I understand the frustration that it causes however I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time. Kind regards, Customer Support Team
