Good service. Better signage for access would be good. I missed the entrance and ended up paying £5 drop off fee to get back out of multi storey car park. It was 04:00 in the morning. So pretty dark and difficult to see entrance

Everything was fine until trying to exit the parking, Ryanair was 1 hour late arriving the machine declined the ticket on several occasions then I noticed the barrier ticket car reg was poorly printed eventually we managed to exit

Hi there, Thank you for your review. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes. I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time. Kind regards, Customer Support Team

Easy to book and car was safe and secure. Got it at a good price as booked a few months in advance.

I had booked the electric charging through the main Edinburgh airport page. The directions seemed very simple, however when go through both roundabouts and into the terminal car park, there is no other option but to end up at the multi story car park - the barrier of course did not recognise my number plate. Very nice man on the speaker let me in and up to first floor of the multistory then back out and there was no charge. The only way, and after asking 2 staff members was to get to the electric chargers through the fast track parking (this was after going through the drop off road and being charged £5 for the privilege). Finally once we were at the charges and on the third attempt of a personal credit card (it would not accept the works card or my RFID card) we got the car charging, grand, off to Belfast we go for a works meeting. After returning to the car, we managed to disconnect fine and on the exit of the car park could not leave unless we paid £60, I’d already paid £22.50 for the electric bay space and paid to charge the car (which I was of course expecting to and know about). There is no way to get refunded for either the £60 or £22.50 so will not be using this option again. Chose Edinburgh as if flew from Aberdeen would have to be over for 3 days due to flight times but next time after this disaster of a booking and payments I’ll just go over for the 3 days

Straight forward entry and exit parking that is within 5 minutes walk of the terminal from the furthest point. Very reasonably priced for length of stay.
