“Have used the car park many times. You need to really think about either (a) restoring the shuttle buses or (b) reorganising the area (using the bus stops that are not being utilised at all) and provide more spaces for vehicles to park. It’s looking a wee bit dated I’m afraid and ready for an update! I also pre-booked and paid for parking for 5 days. When I came to drive my car out of the carpark after the holiday, the exit barrier stated that I owed £190!!! I quickly contacted the attendant and he was very professional and once taking my reg number of my car, sorted it all out. That is the SECOND time this has happened, and I can’t help thinking that if I was a tourist I would have maybe felt pressurised into paying the £190. Maybe a smoother way to sort it out? Overall, I’m always glad it’s there and yes, I would use it again, but as I said, it needs an upgrade and soon. Don’t know if this comes under your responsibility, but I have to say the path from the long stay carpark to the terminal is NOT clear - we followed the people in front of us and there is a point that is narrow and there are no signs to say to go through (from the carpark to the path to the terminal)”

“Parking is easy and quick to get to airport entrance by foot. Only thing I would say is it’s the second time we’ve booked and not received a confirmation email. Causes a bit of stress night before the flight”
