“Very smooth surface, slight hick up when exiting the car park. The ticket was not recognised and the screen stated that £140. was due to exit the car park!!!! Managed to speak to someone and the problem was resolved.”

“On inserting card when leaving car park we informed on the machine that we had to pay £515.00 !!! Intercom did not work on this machine so went to another machine.. same again.. used intercom on this machine explained the situation gave car number plate … sorted it was a mistake..!!! REALLY NOT GOOD”

Thank you for your review. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit and I understand the frustration that it causes.
