“Pre-paid parking did not work so I ended up being charged 3 times the pre-paid value. I have an open ticket with support to query this for a refund but it has not been almost a week without hearing back. That's the second time in 3 months that the ANPR system has failed.”

“Close to airport terminal and always easy to find a space. I normally pay in advance as it's cheaper. This time for some reason the ANPR musn't have recognised my numberplate and it said i had a charge on the way out. I pressed the assistance buzzer and it was quickly sorted out by the staff member.”
