“Parking was fine and just 2 minute walk to terminal, but technical problem when leaving, in that when I tried to leave, the barrier display showed that I owed a balance of £114, despite having pre paid the parking fee. As cars were queuing up (some also appeared to be having similar problems), this became stressful. However, on pressing the help button, I was assisted by a very calm and courteous assistant, who checked, confirmed that I did not owe anything, and stated that it was just a technical issue, probably that the number plate recognition had not picked up my number plate when I entered. He sorted the situation quickly and the barrier opened and I was able to leave. So, marked down on equipment/technology, but top mark for your customer assistance person”
