“Good priced parking and couldn't get any nearer the airport. Only problem was we arrived in the dark and you can't see the sign on the roundabout, so we went into short stay/pick up. Fortunately they explained where to go and let us through without charging us. Once you know, it's easy.”

“Well organised. My only issue was that the machine did not recognise my number plates which meant that I was being charged full payment. Staff were helpful and sorted the issue out easily.”

Thank you for your review. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit and I understand the frustration that it causes.
