“The car park was easy to find and only had to wait two minutes for the bus in each direction which was great. When we were leaving and put our ticket in at the barrier it came up on the screen stating we were owing £160 despite us prepaying online in advance £44 for 5 days. We pressed the intercom button and provided our car registration number and the barrier lifted to let us exit without any further charge but did not appreciate those few moments of stress thinking we were due a further £160.”
