“Only reason for two stars is as even though I paid in full for parking online beforehand, I was asked to pay £100 at the gate when leaving Had to call service to let me out. No questions asked to get the barrier up. Think its a kind of trick to see who is willing to pay additional £££ even though when dont have to. I must also add, I had to deal with excact same situation about three yrs ago. Hope wont happen again though I doubt it”

“Used long stay carpark..on return journey lost exit barrier ticket hence had to go to office to show print out sheet we had for parking payment and were let out of carpark..also drive up to barrier very narrow and the car is small and badly dented front passenger unflderside of vehicle...was not happy!!”

“The buses provided were not set up for transporting large amounts of luggage - you had loads of people hauling suitcases up stairs at the back and using seats. You need better buses with large storage facilities- surely that would be common sense. The bus driver was trying to cram more people in when the bus was full. Then when we tried to leave it said we had an outstanding amount of £220 so had to call for help - we were waiting around for it to be answered and dealt with at 4am with 2 kids in the car. It wasn’t great.”

“Buses didn't feel frequent enough. Ended up standing outside for over half an hour freezing cold because the first bus arrived and several of us could not get on it because of the amount of people waiting”
