“After buying my parking for one day on line all was okay, but a clearer easier to find instruction would be helpful and perhaps an map to show exactly where it is. On my return I was disappointed with the bus pick up point that didn't provide any seating or adequate shelter from the wind and rain. When I got to the barrier , I presented my ticket and was told I was due a further £45.00 . I pressed the intercom button several times with no response and when I pressed to get my ticket back it didn't work, but several seconds later it spat it out and I had to chase it in car park as it was windy . It was only after another failed attempt and the same message and spat out ticket that the shuttle bus driver told me that that barrier was faulty for the last few days. Perhaps a sign to stop cars using it would have been helpful. It had to stay in use as it was the only one that the bus could fit in . The issue was resolved quickly when I approached another barrier. Some poor person might have just paid the difference. Yet another in my opinion of everything at the airport being a rip off for motorists.”
Thank you for your review. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit and I understand the frustration that it causes. I'm glad you managed to speak to someone to get it sorted at the time.

“Easy to get to bus drivers were nice and help full put out ticket in for coming out and come up with a balance if £180’to pay but we pre paid rang the help button to give the number plate and got let out after a couple of minutes”
