“Good pre arrival information and directions. Excellent, easy to follow signposting around the airport. Everything went smoothly even my extended booking when my original return flight was delayed 2 days. One suggestion. It would be helpful to have a notice on the pick up point that there is no need to ring for pick up as your buses run regularly. It would be reassuring for non frequent flyers.”
