“The bus was infrequent and left us standing in the rain with a small child as the driver had parked the bus at the terminal pickup on collection.”

“This would have been a much less stressful experience if there weren't raod works between the terminal and the car park. This meant that the shuttle bus was not running as frequently. Given that the road works were on the airport estate, extra shuttle buses should have been put on to compensate for the delays. I'm guessing everything woud have been fine at other times”

“Good service and quick transfer by shuttle to airport entrance. However, beware of extra charges!! My return flight was cancelled and even accounting for the extra 3 hours I’d booked to cover any delays, I was charged another £18 on top of the £119 already paid”
