“Bus came within minutes both transfers”

“I have no objections regarding the car park itself, however, I have had so objections to shuttle service. It was a flawless service for my outbound flight, however, it has been a totally different story for my inbound flight to Edinburgh. It was a late flight and it has been delayed by an extra hour anyway which haven't improved the whole situation. The official website and all marketing for Plane Parking say that the shuttle should be there approximately every 10-12 minutes. Unfortunately, I had to wait for over 30 minutes for a bus to show up. Even then the driver didn't decide to start the journey straightaway but kept talking to his friend onboard for 5 minutes. I have been disappointed for the waiting time and reliability of the service particularly at the time that my flight had been delayed. I'd rather spend my money on Long Stay car park than rely on shuttle buses that arrives whenever they want”

“Excellent service. The driver stopped at our car to collect us which was between 2 bus stops so we didn’t need to wait for the next one. On the way back we were just as lucky as the bus arrived just after we did at the stop to head back to the car. Would definitely recommend and would definitely use again.”

“Was needing advice about parking but was hard to contact anyone from plane parking. Only options was email or leave voice message to get call back. Got response for email after few days but answered all my questions. Arriving to car park was fairly easy. Had to contact customer service at the entry to get my pre-booked ticket which supposed to let me out at exit unfortunately it didn't and tried to charge me. When spoke with customer service agent, he had troubles to find my booking and eventually after he found it he had troubles with opening barrier. Didn't seem like he knew what he is doing. Bus trip to terminal and back was quick and didn't have to wait long. Nice bus driver going to terminal but coming back to the car park driver seemed unhappy.”

“Used this service 3 times in two years brilliant Only bugbear is the hardcore stones on the road which with modern suitcases can cause damage to the case and the wrist. Keep your pricing fair and I’ll be back now whale said that”
