“Cheaper parking at Edinburgh airport. (£27.00 for 2 days) Paid online days before travel but parking did not recognised our registration. Had a ticket to open the gate and then when we went back, the ticket said £100 for 2 days. Luckily I called assistance and they opened the gate. This issue also appended to another couple...”

“When I arrived, the car park seemed entirely full with cars abandoned in places that weren’t spaces. Many with stickers denoting that - but it was really stressful trying to find a spot as it was so full. It took me 10 mins, driving round and round and round. However the worst point was in exiting. Despite paying in advance, when I popped my ticket it, it said I needed to pay £120. This was resolved quickly but I created a queue and my kids were really stressed that the barrier would come down on our vehicle as I waited for the problem to be fixed. Not the end of a trip that I was expecting!”

“Booking was simple, the sat nav stopped once we came off the dual carriageway but we got there in the end. The only issue was with the buses, there is only 2 bus stops so if you can’t get parked close to them you could have a long walk with all your luggage. The buses have one door entrance which when we got back to the car park was a nightmare, there is little to no luggage space and because baggage was in the isle people had to climb over them or abandon luggage at the front, this was bad for people who were first on the bus and first off. If the bus had 2 doors one at the front and one in the middle and a designated baggage area the same as the Glasgow long stay parking all of this could be avoided.”

“Same comments this month as to when I filled in the survey last month. Only the roads in the car-park are tarmac, all the bays are stones/chips/chuckies, and they get dragged all over the roads and specifcally the safe walking lanes in the car-park which means you have to walk in the road. There is no bus stop by the exit - Premair & NCP have bus stops by the exit, why dont you? And yes, I know there are 2 x bus stops in the car-park...but the Plane Parking is massive and has just been extended, so why have you not increased the amount of bus stops?”
