“Parking at Edinburgh Airport is ridiculously expensive. I have decided not to fly from Edinburgh in future, the price of parking has put me off completely.”

“After paying for the period of my trip and leaving my vehicle in the Plane Parking carpark everything was fine until I returned. My vehicle had a oily/sticky substance along the driver side and at the gate I was told I had £173 to pay to exit.”

“Arriving was fine and easy but leaving close to impossible absolutely zero sign posting on where to get pick up. Zero info on your website or booking confirmation even your airport staff were clueless. We were on a wild goose chase for a solid 40 Minutes. This needs to be improved”
