“Straight forward really easy self parking. Clearly signposted at the airport where the car park was Drove straight to barrier. Gave me a ticket to hold on to and parked. Bus was there waiting when we got to the stop. Few minutes drive to the airport. Clearly signposted where return bus would be. Again lucky that bus was there when we returned. Drove to exit barrier. Inserted ticket and away. Super easy and as advertised parking. Would recommend”

“Very poor experience and will not use again. On approach to the barrier, despite having booked and pre paid £119 many weeks ahead, the system did not recognise the car number plate. I had no choice but to enter the car park. On return two weeks later trying to exit the car park, the barrier would not recognise the pre paid purchase and stated a fee of £420 was due. The assistant had to override this to allow me to exit. In addition I only discovered on arrival that there was no shuttle bus to take me to the terminal meaning a long walk early in the morning in the rain to the terminal. I had hoped that the shuttle bus would be available on my return unfortunately not necessitating another long walk in the rain back to the car. The pedestrian route from the terminal to the car park is not clearly signposted which resulted in a long walk to the car park entrance past the Hilton hotel.”

Thank you for your review, I can confirm that Plane Parking does operate a shuttle bus therefore it sounds like you have entered the wrong car park which would also explain why our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry.
