“Fortunately I found the video taken from a drone as it's a long drive from the road, past other parking areas. Also I was lucky to find a space not too far from the first bus stop. The lights are big but it was dark when arriving and leaving and, a woman on my own, I was nervous heading along one of the lanes and, particularly when returning, if I'd had to head off on foot into hundreds of cars I would have been frightened and possibly lost. Two bus stops and no markers are definitely not enough for the size of the lot.”

“Gaining access and parking was great! Shuttle bus waited as we unpacked suitcases and got out toddler secured into buggy which was a great help! Unfortunately on way out though the barrier would not lift and advised we owed £180 when we had already prepaid for parking!! This was resolved quickly but just caused some inconvenience when we just wanted out and a que was starting to form behind our car.”

Thank you for your review. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit and I understand the frustration that it causes. “The driver was very helpful but the car parking area was unpaved. The next day I noticed a large dent on the back of my car caused by a large flying stone. Unfortunately, I won’t book any more yourselves until you pave all the car park and why does Scotland do everything on the cheap ???”
