Car damaged whilst parked at the airport.., Edinburgh airport less than helpful when contacted and did not offer any support or help to rectify - received one dismissive email and no response to my follow up.

Quite a distance from the airport and reliant on the free shuttle bus. Also concerning is that when the barrier doesn't open on departure, there is no call button to speak to anyone, which means your stuck with no help! Better options closer by, for the same price

Pre-paid parking online. When departing machine said £190 outstanding. Not what you want to see after holiday. Mistake was dealt with over telecom but not best feeling.

Thank you for your review. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes. I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time. Kind regards, Customer Support Team
