“This was a good experience. The computer booking was easy to use and efficient in operation. Access to the Plane Parking site was easy and the parking lot more than adequate. Exiting on return was also excellent. A really good experience all round. I have already recommended you to friends and colleagues”

“This was easy and convenient. I was able to park and get a bus quickly, the driver explained everything as we went, pointing out the bus stop numbers and where to get the bus when we come back and which path to take to get into the terminal. Leaving the parking though I was not allowed out as the screen said I was over time and owed £17. I spoke to the person on the intercom and he took my car registration and cleared the charge to let me out.”

“Plane parking was easy and accessible upon entering however, upon exiting we were charged an extra £45 due to being later due to a flight change. Upset that our additional 7 hours parking cost us an extra £45”

Thank you for your review, If you have overstayed the time on your booked car parking you will be subject to pay the non pre booked for for the extra time. I would encourage you to contact your airline to seek reimbursement from them. Kind regards, Customer Support Team
