“I left the car at Plane Parking Edinburgh for a week and returning I noticed a crack on the windshield. I am baffled how that happened. Otherwise the car was fine.”

“The only problem I had was when I was leaving I put my ticket in the machine and the barrier didn't open,instead the machine told me I owed £275 although I had pre booked and paid in advance.This was quickly rectified but it had me wondering weather I was in the wrong car park and had a few heart flutters.I will be using again in the near future.”

“Cameras failed to recognise my car reg no so failed to issue correct ticket. On my return early hours, I presented my ticket at the barrier and it wanted over £100. Eventually sorted out but bit of a faff”

Thank you for your review. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes. I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time. Kind regards, Customer Support Team

“First time when we used this parking, but very convenient. Short walk from the bus stop to the terminal. We will use this car park again.”
