Thank you for your review. If you have booked refundable parking this can be cancelled up to 24 hours before your booking is due to start. As advised within the terms and conditions, if you cancel less than 24 hours before your booking starts you are unable to receive a refund. Kind regards, Customer Support Team

“First time I’ve parked at EDI for a while, car parks have been shuffled around. Plane Parking is now on the decommissioned runway which makes for an easy layout. Easy to find, ANPR worked a treat. The road in desperately needs a new surface, the bus transfer in is rather “interesting”. Make sure you haven’t had breakfast first otherwise you will lose it. I would also stick another bus stop in as well, it is quite long and with baggage on a not great surface a shorter walk for those away from a stop would be a benefit.”

“I arrived got parked no problem I waited for 5 minutes for the bus and driver was so helpful and when I got dropped off the driver told how to get back to where I would pick up the bus again. A brilliant service. Thank you.”

“It was easy to use and s good budget option and there is courtesy bus to the terminal. The only problem occurred when we were due to exit the car park as the machine did not recognise our booking and wanted to charge an excess parking charge. However I called the helpline and the problem was immediately rectified and the barrier opened. .”
