Thank you for your review. When making a car parking booking you have to click on the car park that you wish to book for the duration of your stay. I can confirm our website is clear on which car parks can be booked. Kind regards, Customer Support Team

“Car park is a mess. Came home to a flat tire with a nail in the tire. Can't be sure it came from the car park but with the state of it I wouldn't be surprised. Cars parked up on the pathways too. The walkway to the airport is unclear. When I got to the exit it tried to charge me £190 when I had already prepaid. Luckily I was let through after calling for assistance.”

Thank you for your review. It sounds as though our automatic number plate recognition (ANPR) system hasn't registered you upon entry. When this occurs, it means our system doesn't match you to your booking and you are then charged the roll-up rate in error upon exit. This doesn't happen often but when it does, I understand the frustration that it causes. I'm glad you managed to get it sorted at the time. Kind regards, Customer Support Team

“Easy to find, shuttle busses are prompt and plentiful. Drivers are nice and cheery. Short ride to and from terminal. Only slightly negative is that spaces are just stones/hardcore which spills onto to the tarred road sections and which may possibly cause a few stone chips from speedy drivers. Not really an issue though.”

“Ideal place to park for Edinburgh Airport. Easy to book. Easy to find and then a nice easy bus ride to the terminal. No hassle parking, and not too expensive. Used before, and will be back.”
