“Car park was extremely busy with cars parked on kerbs and outwith spaces - was glad we had allowed plenty time before our flight. Next issue was that no shuttle buses were running so had to walk to the terminal. Not a huge issue for us but felt for elderly and those with lots of luggage trying to figure out where to go. No buses when we returned either, this really should be highlighted either when making booking or prior to dates booked. Not sure if we will use this car park again .”

Thank you for your review. I’m sorry to hear that you found it difficult to find a space in our car park. If ever faced with the same problem in future, please ring the intercom at the exit barrier and our team will provide a suitable alternative. Our long stay shuttle bus was suspended in 2020. The car park is an approximate 12 minute walk to the terminal and we find it to be a manageable distance for most customers. Those who find the distance unmanageable can contact us directly to discuss how we can support them. The long stay car park is marketed as a facility that does not have a shuttle bus and this is confirmed on our website and booking confirmations. Kind regards, Customer Support Team

“The parking and experience getting to the airport from the car park and back with the bus was fine. However my plane was delayed coming back back into the country by an hour and because of this I got back to the car park at about 03:25 when I only had parking till 3:00 and I was charged an extra 45 pound for this. I thought it was a bit due to the fact I had already tried to compensate Incase the plane was late but putting it at 03:00 as the plane was supposed to land at 02:10 so for an extra 25 minutes I was charged 45 on top of the 40 already paid surely that can’t be correct for an extra 25 mins when the plane was delayed so it wasn’t my fault”
