“Very disappointed that we were not advised that there was no shuttle bus service in operation despite being advertised when booking parking. As we are pensioners this meant that we felt quite harassed getting to the terminal and in my case out of breath. Not a great start to our trip. Also when exiting the car park on our return when we loaded our ticket the screen showed a balance owing of £190 despite us having prepaid at booking. This was resolved when we pressed for assistance but this has also happened on previous occasions. I don't understand why this should be happening.”

Thank you for your review. I can confirm plane parking does have a shuttle bus service provided however, it sounds as though you have parked within the long stay car park which is why the ANPR system would not have recognised your car reg. Kind Regards, Customer Support Team
